Show Notes

This episode is all about beauty, hair, and all the girly things women do. I wanted to talk about how moving to Denmark really changed the way I look at beauty and how I am in everyday life in Denmark vs in the US. I’m not saying it is a bad thing or anything, but on how I have changed so much since moving to Denmark.

1st - It is damn expensive to get hair cuts, hair color, nails done, and even waxing in Denmark.

2nd - weather and water can be a real factor in your skin and hair. I never had dry skin, or flat and dull hair until I moved to Denmark.

I came up with the episode on self-care while living abroad. Since moving to Denmark, I noticed that I had to really do things differently and even buy different products because the water and weather really affected me.

Stuff I never dealt with in the US, I am now trying to cope within Denmark. From Skincare routines to dry hands and feet and so much more.
